SACRED CIRCLES presents this series of guided, healing meditations based in the Aztec/Mayan tradition of allowing one’s spirit to flow with the ancient, indigenous sounds of nature. What is offered is a way of acknowledging the many gifts that the ancestors have left us to assist in finding peace in our lives and in our relations through growth, healing and transformation. Through the integration of indigenous musical sounds from traditional instruments that reflect the sounds of mother earth, one is guided to use this music in reflection, meditation, healing and prayer while building a deeper sacred connection with all our relations.

We begin with (1)”Morning Offering/Meditation” which allows us to begin the day focused and with positive intentions. This is followed by (2) “Unconditional Love”; a necessary base element for balance, growth and transformation. The next track of (3)”Releasing the Shadows” guides us to release past pain, guilt and negative attachments thus opening room for positive blessings in our lives. Now with the shadows released we are now ready to reclaim a sense of (4)”Serenity” in our spirit and in our lives. Through the use of the ancient Conch shells to call to the ancestors, (5) “Meditating with the Ancestors” brings us their wisdom, guidance and protection on our journey to maintain harmony and balance. In (6) “Sacred Being” we are guided to be one with mother earth as she inspires us to surrender and feel the peace of the universe.. Now we are ready to focus our energy (7)“For the Children; Seven Generations” as we offer a traditional children’s song/chant dedicated to the healing, growth and development of all children today and for the future generations. Finally, we close the circle of offerings with a nighttime meditation/prayer (8)“Peaceful Rest” which guides us to close the day and prepare for a restful sleep.
